SUMMARY:
Qualified Mechanical Technician - Bloemfontein

POSITION INFO:
A well-established Dealership in Bloemfontein is looking for a qualified Mechanical Technician, who will be working on petrol and diesel vehicles, to join their service team.

Requirements:

• Trade Test (Petrol or Diesel)
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience after Trade Test qualification 
• Own transport & quality tools
• Good diagnostic (mechanical and electrical) skills

Responsibilities:

• Servicing & repairing of all vehicles booked into the dealership (petrol and diesel vehicles)
• Diagnose & report findings accurately
• Maintain & update on diagnostic tools
• Request relevant & correct parts from parts sales executive
• Notify management of any service related issues
• Checking in of customers & follow ups with clients
• Update job cards, ensuring that it contains accurate information & detailed information on the service/repairs
• Plan & order parts required in advance as per vehicle identification
• Ability to plan production
• Maintaining good communication at head office & with customers
• After Service Follow ups

The salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualification. Incentives and Benefits offered.
