SUMMARY:
A well-known Chemical Manufacturing Group requires the above to join their team and assist with plant maintenance while completing their in-service training which is an 18-month learnership contract.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

An S4 tertiary Mechanical Engineering qualification is essential.
The Company will consider the right candidate who has just completed his/her S2 at Technikon.
The successful candidate must have excellent technical capability, initiative and willingness to learn.
The successful candidate must be willing to work in a plant environment.
The successful candidate must be computer literate and be willing to work as part of a Maintenance Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Completing the P1 and P2 mechanical in-service training.
Demonstrating competence within the mechanical engineering environment.
Contributing to achieving asset mechanical reliability (AMR) business objectives and assisting the Operations Team in meeting asset capability (AC) objectives, safe and cost effectively.
Assisting with planned maintenance and plant breakdowns.

Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
