POSITION INFO:

Own the entire product lifecycle for a portfolio of in-store and digital retail media assets, from ideation to launch and iterative optimization
Collaborate with tech partners, creative teams, and operations to bring innovative media formats to life seamlessly
Pioneer new, engaging media pilots that deliver clear, measurable commercial value
Lead market and competitor analysis to ensure our offerings are best-in-class
Leverage performance data and stakeholder insights to continuously refine products and processes

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field
3+ years in retail media
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
Knowledge of retail media across physical and digital channels
