POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development and acquire new clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Develop proposals and close high-value deals Consistently meet and exceed sales targets Manage client accounts and ensure excellent service delivery Follow up on outstanding payments (debt collection) Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates Provide market and product feedback to internal teams Requirements: Relevant University Degree (Business, Marketing or similar) Minimum 5 years' sales experience (media\/advertising preferred) Experience working with Sales CRM systems Strong B2B sales experience Must have own vehicle Willingness to travel across Africa Skills & Competencies: Results-driven, self-starter with strong commercial acumen Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Ability to analyze data and generate insights Strong planning and organizational skills Ability to perform in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Effective team player with strong relationship-building skills Should you not receive a response within the next 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
