SUMMARY:
Our medical client is seeking a Medical Accounts Administrator with a strong understanding of medical billing processes and experience in working with medical aids and account reconciliations

Based in Randburg
R20 000 ctc
Available immediately

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in medical accounts or healthcare billing
Proficient in GoodX billing system (essential)
Experience working with medical aids and understanding of medical claim processes
Strong administrative and numerical skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple billing tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Accurate processing of medical claims and invoices
Submission and follow-up on claims with medical aids
Daily use of GoodX for billing, account updates, and reporting
Reconciliation of patient and medical aid accounts
Handling account queries and following up on outstanding payments
Assisting with month-end account summaries and administrative tasks
Liaising with patients regarding billing matters professionally and empathetically
