JOB SUMMARY:
Global medical device company requires a Junior Field Service Technician with at least 1- 2 years Field Service experience within the medical industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have a relevant qualification (Higher Certificate / Diploma / Degree) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality and efficient technical field support and repairs
Must have medical industry experience
Visit clinical units within Cape Town (private and government hospitals)
Interact with customers at a professional level
Provide "service and repair" reports for management
Liaise with Technical Service Manager regarding problem areas
Valid drivers license and own transport is essential
