Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Medical Receptionist / Finance Administrator to join our medical practice in Cape Town.
Essential: competent & friendly, but professional
Location: Killarney Gradens, Cape Town
Key Responsibilities:
- Front desk reception and patient communication
- Processing medical aid claims (experience essential – Xero accounting software)
- Invoicing, debtors, creditors and monthly statements
- Bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping
- Managing accounts using Xero accounting software
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental environment
- Strong knowledge of medical aid claims processes with GoodX software
- Proven experience with Xero and Goodx
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and accurately
- Own Transport
