JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a flourishing medical practice based in Cape Gate, is looking for a detail orientated medical receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Front desk duties assisting patients
Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patient with general enquiries
Scheduling patient appointments
Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts
Preparing theatre quotations, booking theatre procedures and creating theatre lists
Preparing patients paperwork for theatre admissions
Liasing with Hospital, Anaesthetists and other parties
Providing general administrative support as required

REQUIREMENTS

Matric
Driver’s license and own transport is essential
Proven working experience as a medical receptionist for approximately 2-3 years will be beneficial
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, able to multi-task, flexible, professional

WORKING HOURS

Mondays - Fridays: 08:00 – 17:00

SALARY

R13 000
