Medical Receptionist

Our client, a flourishing medical practice based in Cape Gate, is looking for a detail orientated medical receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Front desk duties assisting patients
• Answering incoming phone calls and assisting patient with general enquiries
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Invoicing and receipting of patient accounts
• Preparing theatre quotations, booking theatre procedures and creating theatre lists
• Preparing patients paperwork for theatre admissions
• Liasing with Hospital, Anaesthetists and other parties
• Providing general administrative support as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Driver’s license and own transport is essential
• Proven working experience as a medical receptionist for approximately 2-3 years will be beneficial
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, able to multi-task, flexible, professional

WORKING HOURS

Mondays - Fridays: 08:00 – 17:00

SALARY

R13 000
