What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic merchandise plans to optimise product availability and profitability.
- Forecast sales, margins, and stock levels based on trends, seasonality, and business performance.
- Partner with the buying and allocation teams to ensure the right product reaches the right customer, at the right time.
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance to identify growth opportunities and inform future planning.
- Manage markdowns, replenishment, and stock allocation to drive sell-through and maximise margins.
- Translate data into actionable insights that influence design, production, and retail strategy.
What You’ll Bring
Education: Degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Planning, or related field.
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in merchandise planning or retail analytics (preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or design retail).
Skills:- Advanced Excel and strong analytical reporting skills.
- Proficiency in planning systems such as JustEnough, Oracle RMS, or similar.
- Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of consumer buying behaviour.
- Strong commercial mindset — balancing creativity with strategic logic.
