SUMMARY:
Exciting Opportunity exists for a Mergers and Acquisitions Transaction Specialist with Postgraduate studies in Finance, Investment Analysis, MBA, CA(SA) or CFA. You must come from a Legal/Law, Financial Services, Banking of Consulting environments having handled Huge Transactions for Large and Listed Companies.

Scope of the Position:
Achieve business growth by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, informing them of our scope of services and communicating how these services benefit their organizations.
Identify and manage complex issues and maintain active communications with clients on those issues
Manage risk to the company by adhering to the risk management policies and procedures and ensuring significant risks are identified
Managing engagements to ensure high quality deliverables are produced on a timely basis and within budget.
Minimum Requirements
- Financial and Economics background
- Postgraduate studies in Finance, investment analysis, MBA, CA or CFA will be considered as an asset
- Experience within the Legal/Law, Financial, Insurance, Banking, Energy and Gas or Consulting industries.
- Fluency in English
Preference will be given to EE candidates according to the Client''s BBBEE requirements.
