An elite mining company that specializes with kimberlite mining is looking for a well-seasoned Plant Manager to lead their team to greater success. This company is one of the largest kimberlite mine in Lesotho. They are searching for an experienced Plant Manager that is truly a specialist with kimberlite diamond mining and has the expertise and experience to lead their team to greater heights.

Education:

BEng/BSc/BTech/NDip in Metallurgy or Mining Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Must have at least 10 years of overall career experience mining kimberlite diamonds
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a management position
Must be able to coordinate plant operations and comply with legislative requirements
Must be willing to be in Lesotho when required
