Microsoft 365 Engineer

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft 365 Engineer with 1.5–2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, managing, and optimizing our Microsoft 365 environment while providing day-to-day IT support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, Active Directory/Entra ID, and general IT support—ensuring smooth business operations and a secure, reliable environment.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Support user lifecycle management (account creation, license assignment, group membership).
• Configure and maintain security policies, conditional access, and MFA in Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Assist with hybrid environments (On-prem AD + Microsoft 365).
• Troubleshoot mail flow, Teams collaboration, and SharePoint access issues.

• Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
• Manage Intune device compliance and application deployments.
• Handle basic network troubleshooting (VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall rules).
• Support hardware/software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with device provisioning.

• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health and incidents.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies.
• Assist with backup, DLP, and retention policies.
• Collaborate with vendors for escalated issues.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years’ experience in Microsoft 365 administration and IT support.
• Hands-on with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Knowledge of Active Directory / Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Understanding of MFA, Conditional Access, and Data Protection.
• Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
