Our client in Cape Town is looking for a support engineer to assist in the migration from the existing Google G Suite to Microsoft Office 365 Online.

POSITION INFO:
Require experience and qualification :

Matric and MCSE
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to Microsoft Office 365
Providing enhanced customer support service
Contact / Support stakeholders to ensure the Google migrate documents/files are fully functional in Microsoft
Provide consultative value with added information to stakeholders for connecting technology and business values of Office 365
