Our client in Cape Town is looking for an Office 365 Technical Support to offer support and advice to users with Office application issues as well as train the helpdesk.

POSITION INFO:
Require experience and qualification :

Matric and MCSE
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to Microsoft Office 365
Providing enhanced customer support service
Contact / Support stakeholders to ensure the Google migrate documents/files are fully functional in Microsoft
Provide consultative value with added information to stakeholders for connecting technology and business values of Office 365
