POSITION INFO:
We are a fastâmoving organization delivering businessâcritical technology solutions, and we’re looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to strengthen our IT delivery capability.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions—primarily within customerâfocused environments—working independently on development tasks while collaborating closely with stakeholders and supporting junior developers in a deadlineâdriven, hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned to business needs
- Build and manage Power Automate workflows to support process automation and integrations
- Configure and customize applications, including forms, views, dashboards, security, and data models
- Participate in solution design, estimation, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers while collaborating with stakeholders
Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:- Proven handsâon experience (2–5 years) delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in live environments
- Strong practical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse configuration
- Technical customization and integration exposure, including JavaScript and REST/API work
- Selfâdriven, accountable, and collaborative, able to work independently while supporting junior team members
