Microsoft M365 Specialist

SUMMARY:
Seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist who will be responsible for the successful deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 at our established client.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:
• Deploy and configure M365 applications and services to meet organizational requirements.
• Customize and optimize M365 settings based on user needs and company policies.
2. Administration and Support:
• Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the M365 environment.
• Provide technical support for M365 applications, addressing user issues and resolving technical problems.
• Monitor and maintain the health and security of the M365 environment.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
• Facilitate collaboration by configuring and managing SharePoint and Teams environments.
• Implement and support communication tools such as Outlook, Teams, and Yammer.
4. Training and Documentation:
• Conduct training sessions to educate users on M365 features and best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for M365 configurations, processes, and user guides.
5. Security and Compliance:
• Implement and enforce security policies to protect data within M365.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to data storage and communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in the implementation and administration of Microsoft M365. Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementation and administration of Microsoft 365.

• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Familiarity with security and compliance features within M365.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus.
