Mid Brand Manager

SUMMARY:
Are you a strategic digital marketer passionate about building brands online? We’re looking for a Brand Manager to own our digital ecosystem and drive global growth. You’ll be the architect of our online presence, leveraging SEO, SEM, social media, and content to connect with audiences worldwide. A passion for skincare is a major plus in our dedicated team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:
Digital Hub Management: Lead the optimization of our website with our digital agency, focusing on UX, branding, and conversion
Search & Visibility: Drive organic growth by implementing SEO strategies, conducting keyword research, and monitoring performance
Social & Community Strategy: Develop and execute campaigns across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to build engagement and grow our global community
Global Collaboration: Work with international distributor teams to adapt strategies for local markets and ensure brand consistency
Content & Campaign Alignment: Partner with creative and brand teams to produce compelling digital content that supports product launches and brand initiatives
Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor, analyse, and report on key metrics to refine strategies and provide actionable insights to senior leadership

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within premium consumer goods (skincare experience is advantageous)
Proven expertise in website management, SEO/SEM, and multi-platform social media strategy
Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Excellent project management and communication skills
A strong creative eye and understanding of digital branding
Experience with AI marketing tools is a bonus
