SUMMARY:
We are seeking a talented and proactive Mid-Level Backend PHP Developer to join a growing engineering team. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving scalable web applications using modern PHP frameworks, while collaborating closely with frontend developers, product managers, QA teams, and DevOps professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using PHP and modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel or similar).
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration across the application stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Design, manage, and optimize relational databases, ensuring efficient schema design and high-performance queries.
- Work with DevOps teams to support deployment pipelines, environment management, and source control processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of professional PHP development experience.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and MVC architecture.
- Solid experience with Laravel or other modern PHP frameworks.
- Experience using Git and collaborative version control workflows.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience writing and maintaining unit and feature tests.
