Our client located in Irene, Centurion is currently looking for a Mid-Level Financial Administrator to join their team!

Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in financial administration, accounting, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial regulations in South Africa
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Pastel, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses to support management decision-making
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking transactions, including reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Support payroll processing and related employee finance queries
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and company policies
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to resolve finance-related queries
• Assist with audits, maintaining supporting documentation and schedules as required
