SUMMARY:
Mid-level Accountant/Auditor - Remote
Our client is looking for a talented Mid-level Accountant/Auditor to work remotely and drive financial excellence.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Preparation of management accounts for clients
Preparation of financial statements for clients
Handling tax compliance, including the preparation of corporation tax returns
Perform detailed financial audits for clients, ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulations
Evaluate internal controls, recommending improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy
Analyse financial statements, document findings, and prepare comprehensive audit reports
Reviewing work of junior members of staff and providing feedback to those staff members
Dealing with client queries providing support on accounting and financial matters
Collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery

Requirements

AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA
Proven experience in a similar role within an accounting practice
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
