Our client is looking for a motivated Miller Apprentice to join their team and learn the ropes of cereal handling, milling, and starch extraction! What You'll Be Doing: Monitor and control the mechanical and operational efficiency of production facilities, equipment, and plant resources in bulk cereal handling, milling, and starch extraction. - Requirements: -National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent -SAGMA registration (advantageous) -Basic computer proficiency -Basic understanding of the agricultural industry -Keen interest in the field of study -Knowledge of SharePoint, Kairos & C-Works -Basic understanding of milling production processes -Basic knowledge of quality control measures -Familiarity with preventative maintenance -Understanding of relevant regulations Find and follow Scholtz Partners International on Facebook and Linkedin.
