SUMMARY:
Our client is a leading player in the FMCG sector, renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation. They are currently seeking a skilled and qualified Millwright, with extensive experience in packaging or bottling, to join their dynamic maintenance team.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on packaging and bottling machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Conduct machine set-up, installations, and upgrades.
Perform equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Analyze breakdowns and develop solutions to reduce downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

Red Seal Millwright Trade Certification or equivalent.
Experience working as a Millwright in a packaging, bottling, or similar environment.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC systems and automated machinery is a plus.
Proficiency with maintenance management systems and tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong safety mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
