We're Hiring a Millwright in Rustenburg Position: Millwright Location: Rustenburg, North West Type: Permanent Reporting to: Manager About Us: We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Millwright to join our talented team in Rustenburg. As our Millwright, you will play a crucial role in performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment, fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems, and maintaining various components such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, and panels. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment Fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems Maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, mills, and panels Conduct inspections and complete job cards accurately Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment Ensure compliance with mine health and safety regulations Maintain housekeeping standards in the workshop and plant Job Requirements: Qualified Millwright Trade Certificate (Red Seal) Minimum 3-5 years plant maintenance experience (mining environment advantageous) Knowledge of motors, VSDs, pumps, transformers, and PLC systems Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings Valid driver's license Must be medically fit to work in a plant environment Skills & Competencies: Strong fault-finding ability Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Team player with high safety awareness Willingness to work standby and overtime PLC experience will be an advantage If you are a qualified Millwright with a passion for maintenance and a drive for excellence, we would love to hear from you.
