Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Advanced Certificate in Construction.
- Advanced Certificate in on-site supervision.
- First Aid (Level 1) certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License
Experience:- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Mine Construction Worker or similar role.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a team leader role.
- Experience as trainer, mentor, coach or facilitator.
Knowledge and Skills:- English: Fully Proficient.
- Mandarin: Fully Proficient (Preferred).
- Basic Computer Literacy.
- Knowledge of mixing and pouring construction material (concrete, sand, grout etc.)
- Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.
- Knowledge of construction operations and procedures.
- Able to train, mentor and coach local construction workers.
