Mine\/ Engineering Customer Support Coordinator (ERP Systems) – Kempton Park – R44k tctc Seize the opportunity to make a tangible impact within the mining and engineering sectors by joining a leading organization as a Mine\/Engineering Customer Support Coordinator. What You'll Do: Provide technical and customer support for ERP systems within the mining and engineering industries Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues efficiently Maintain accurate reports and documentation of support activities Liaise with internal teams and clients to deliver seamless service Support system upgrades and user training initiatives Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar support or technical role Strong analytical skills with proficiency in R, RPE, and Microsoft Excel Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools Ability to work onsite in Gauteng Familiarity with the following: C programming language Microsoft Office Suite Engineering and mining industry workflows What We'll Give You: Salary: R44,000 per month (Cost to Company) Medical Aid and Provident Fund contributions Annual bonuses for outstanding performance Join a progressive organization committed to innovation and excellence.
