SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, located in the Rustenburg, North West area, has an opportunity available for a Mine Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Mining Engineering Degree or National Diploma
Mine Manager Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous Mining)
Mine Health and Safety Act (3.1) appointment
8 years mining experience (Trackless and Bord/Pillar Experience), preferably 3 years managerial experience

KPAs:

People management
Manage the day to day operation of the mine
Optimise Ore Body in compliance the Mine Planning and Exploitation Strategy
Manage the Strategic Plan (2-5 years)
Manage the Life of Mine Plan
Manage the Tactical Plan (< 1 year)
