An elite mining company that specializes with diamond mining is looking for an extensively experienced Mine Manager to lead their team to greater success. This company is based in Lesotho, and it is one of the largest diamond mines in their region. They are searching for an individual that is truly a specialist with open-cast diamond mining and has the knowledge and experience to lead their organisation to greater heights.

Education:

BEng/BSc/BTech/NDip in Mining or Geology
Mine Manager Certificate

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in open-cast diamond mining
Experience overseeing an entire open-cast diamond mine
Must have experience managing contracts
Must be able to coordinate operations and comply with legislative requirements, highly experienced working in a safety conscious environment
Must be willing to be in Lesotho when required
