Mobile Applications Developer - Team lead

SUMMARY:

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing professional mobile applications using Flutter and managing a team of Developers.

Office location is flexible, the successful candidate can work from one of the following offices: Durban, East London or Port Elizabeth.

POSITION INFO:

This role will include design, development and implementation of readable, testable and scalable code.

Key Functions and Responsibilities

• Design and development of professional mobile applications using Flutter.
• Development of Web APIs.
• Support and maintenance of existing applications.
• Application Store management and deployment (iOS & Android)

Competencies / Education / Experience

• Appropriate qualification or work experience required.
• 3-5 plus years of mobile development experience required.
• Fundamental understanding of full stack mobile development.
• Flutter experience
• Web development experience would be beneficial, but not absolutely necessary.
• Linux server experience would be beneficial, but not absolutely necessary.
• Google Firebase experience would be beneficial, but not absolutely necessary.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport required.
• Able and willing to travel.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-disciplined and a team player.
