SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Mobile Developer with 5+ years experience. Our marketing team is young, dynamic and passionate. Forget words like Ã¢Â€Â˜averageÃ¢Â€Â™ and Ã¢Â€Â˜normalÃ¢Â€Â™Ã¢Â€Â¦ These guys and gals donÃ¢Â€Â™t just think outside the box, they turn it upside down and even flip it inside out if they have to.

POSITION INFO:

You’ll need:

A matric/senior certificate.
A relevant IT degree or diploma.
Experience with SCRUM methodology.
A minimum of 4+ years of industry experience

Our ideal mobile developer will be:

Insurance savvy.
An out-of-the-box thinker.
Team player
Self-motivated

Skills and knowledge required:

Problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with C#, Xamarin Forms, Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM), Visual Studio/Xamarin Studio, Xamarin.iOS and Xamarin.Android.
Experience developing native applications (either iOS or Android).

A good grasp of C#, NHibernate/Entity Framework, Enterprise Service Bus, Web Services, XML/JSON, Git, T-SQL, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.
DD / SOLID / Clean Code / Software Engineering Principles / UI Testing

Responsibilities:

Participate in all SCRUM ceremonies.
Develop new mobile features.
Support mobile applications in production.
Ensure automated unit tests are developed and executed as part of the CI/CD process.
Closely collaborate with the test analyst, to verify and resolve defects.
Work with external development teams to deliver new app functionality.
Perform periodic code reviews to ensure apps meet development standards.
Participate in roll-outs and go-live activities.
