The Role: Mobility Coordinator
As the Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing seamless international relocations by leading a team of remote consultants and coordinating comprehensive support services for clients. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on assistance, ensuring every aspect of the relocation process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of remote mobility consultants.
- Coordinate full relocation services, including housing, schooling, banking, and utilities.
- Provide expert advice on cross-cultural adjustment and expat life.
- Liaise with and manage third-party service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements on behalf of clients.
- Draft detailed client reports and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in global mobility, relocation, or related industries.
- Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams.
- Strong administrative, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- First-hand experience of international relocation or extensive travel.
- Familiar with setting up residence in a new country (e.g., schools, utilities, banking).
- Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems creatively.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Confident using the phone and taking initiative.
