Job Description -

Reporting to the Programme Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Researching on monitoring and evaluation studies.
Contribute to designing M&E frameworks and plans for the companys programmes and projects.
Generate and communicate reports to relevant stakeholders.
Responsible for capturing and analysing collected data.
Analyze data in line with programme goals and outcomes.
Assist with compiling M&E quarterly reports for all programmes.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree preferably in Development Studies or the Social Sciences or Public Health (MSc) or Postgraduate Advanced Certificate in M&E, Statistics or Economics.
Computer skills including competence in Microsoft Office (especially Excel pivot table) use of the internet, outlook, word, and PowerPoint. Database management and analysis using software packages.
Ability to generate reports to meet the end-users needs.
Good analytical capabilities.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Must have some understanding of local languages (i.e., Zulu, Sotho, Sepedi, Xhosa).
