Lead the design and production of cutting-edge motion graphics and 3D animation for a wide range of video, presentation, and corporate media needs.

Collaborate closely with producers, directors, editors, and internal Aramco stakeholders to deliver high-impact visual narratives aligned with brand and messaging objectives.

Function as both a hands-on motion graphics producer and strategic project lead, ensuring creative and technical excellence across deliverables.

Supervise and mentor a team of motion designers working on multiple concurrent projects.

Assist in optimizing motion design workflows and advise on the department’s technical infrastructure development.

Continuously enhance production processes and output standards to set industry benchmarks.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends to elevate production quality and team efficiency.

Direct creative professionals such as sound designers, illustrators, and photographers where applicable.

Perform other duties and special assignments as requested.

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Media, or a related discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Motion Design, with a strong emphasis on 3D animation and multimedia content.

At least 5 years in a corporate multimedia or art department, creating high-impact presentations, 3D/motion graphics, and visual content.

Proven experience managing large motion design projects including client engagement and resource planning.

Strong creative portfolio/showreel showcasing high-end motion design, animation, and storytelling for client-facing work.

Expertise in Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Proficiency with alternative post-production software and pipelines.

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills with the ability to guide creative vision and execution.

Deep understanding of video production tools and post-production workflows.

Ability to direct other creatives (e.g., illustrators, photographers, audio engineers) to complete cohesive media outputs.
