A leading premium off-road and performance motorcycle dealership in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycle parts and accessories
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
Manage parts enquiries in-store, telephonically, and online
Maintain stock displays, perform stock checks, and ensure correct labelling
Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Support workshop and sales teams with internal parts requests

Requirements

Experience in automotive or motorcycle parts sales advantageous
Strong technical understanding of motorcycles and related components
Computer literate with good administrative accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment
Passion for motorcycles and the biking lifestyle
