POSITION INFO:
Join Our Team as a Municipal Accounts Administrator Location: Pretoria East Job Type: Permanent Seniority Level: Mid Career to Senior Duties and Responsibilities: Municipal accounts: Handle all payments and transactions related to municipalities. Creditors reconciliations: Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records. Audits: Assist with audit processes and provide required documentation. Queries management: Address and resolve municipal queries, including name changes and account issues. Utility interruptions: Report and follow up on electricity and water interruptions. Daily reporting: Provide daily reports on queries, problems, and utility recoveries. Documentation submission: Submit required documentation for new developments to QS and the project team. Meter readings: Submit meter readings to various municipalities. Deposits management: Handle deposits paid to municipalities. Qualifications and Skills: Sectors: Finance, Property Functions: Creditors Clerk, Debtors Clerk, Bookkeeper - Junior Qualification Types: Matric with Maths \/ Certificate or diploma \/ degree advantageous Apply Now
