Music Sales and Admin Intern

SUMMARY:
About the Role

The Music Sales & Admin Intern will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Music Division and Product Manager.

This includes managing documentation, processing sales orders, assisting with dealer enquiries, updating internal records, and ensuring the smooth operation of divisional processes.

The role requires accuracy, organisational skills, and a service-oriented mindset.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain various administrative records to support divisional operations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update internal divisional documents, including dealer lists, online pricing lists, and cross-border clearing instructions.
• Manage reprinting of sales-related documents, prepare credit paperwork, and update retail pricing in Syspro.
• Process sales orders using Syspro and handle dealer enquiries regarding pricing, quotes, proformas, and general sales questions.
• Maintain consignment and stock lists and arrange collections through the NightwinG portal.
• Follow best practices in administration and sales support while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
• 1–2 years’ administration experience
• Good documentation and organisational skills
• Strong time management and attention to detail

• Above-average computer literacy in commercial and communication packages
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-service oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
