POSITION INFO:

Manage 2 Warehouses
Inventory and Stock
Reporting
Ensure finished products are stored neatly and correctly.
Storage of finished goods layout efficiently managed to maximise space leading to better efficiencies
Receiving of bought-out products and store them correctly and neatly in the finished goods warehouse
Correct Picking of stock for loading
House keeping – Ensure area tidy at all times
Communicate with relevant people before and after Picking to make sure correct stock is loaded
Ensure that correct quantities are Picked into the staging points guided by the first in first out (FIFO) principle – stock rotation
Checks that all stock entering or leaving the finished goods warehouse is supervised and recorded with correct documentation
Ensure staging quantities are the same as actual picked stock
Daily spot stock checks
Time keeping – ensure staff stick to planned roster and clock in before shift starts
Ensure SOP followed at all times
Ensure EHS standards are met and followed at all times
Ensure all stock is labeled and photo’s taken for Count Things before loading
Provide workshop with Fork lift hours every Monday morning.
Follow the shunter sheet to ensure sequence followed and loading times achieved to ensure gate can load according to the planned times.
