Job Description

Bookkeeping responsibilities – Creditors / Debtors
Managing financial books for 2 Companies.
Full understanding and competence in Pastel Express and Pastel Payroll
Compiling of Quotations, Invoicing.
Travel and Accommodation requirements.
Following up on client accounts, reconciliation of customer accounts.
Company payment processes.
Fleet Management (Fuel accounts, licencing)
Employee UIF, PAYE, VAT
Administration – Data capturing and Filing
General Office Duties – Grocery shopping, stationary requirements.

Qualifications

Degree or National Diploma in Accounting

Skills

Payroll for +- 30 staff
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Deadline Driven
Work under pressure
Strong time management
Organised and systematic
