Employer Description Our client is a leading engineering wholesaler and distributor. Job Description This role is critical in supporting ongoing ERP modernisation, system optimisation, and digital initiatives across the organisation. You will report to the Business Analysis Manager and will play a key role in aligning business operations with system capabilities, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable solutions across trading, finance, and operational processes. Analyse, design, and support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and business systems by translating business requirements into high-quality, practical solutions that improve operational efficiency, reporting, and overall business performance. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (essential) Skills Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a financial, retail, wholesale, manufacturing or ERP environment Strong understanding of ERP systems-preferably K8 and\/or Syspro Experience in business process analysis, system design, and implementation Exposure to testing methodologies (QA, UAT, SIT) Exposure to large-scale ERP upgrades or digital transformation initiatives Knowledge project management practices and techniques Salary\/Package R580K - R660K CTC per annum Benefits N\/A
