Employer Description Construction Company Job Description Client is seeking a candidate who is able to work on a payroll of +- 150 employees and growing. You must be able to handle the full function payroll and HR by yourself and understand and follow Labour Law, BCEA and BCCEI and not bend the rules. Must have experience with BBBEE, EEA AND WSP\/ATR. You must be able to work independently in a stand-alone role and be able to hit the ground running. Fluent in various South African languages essential. Construction or Engineering Industry Exposure Essential. Qualifications Diploma or BCom in Human Resource Management Skills Proficient on an ERP Payroll System Strong on Excel Speak various SA Languages Must have Construction or Engineering Industry Exposure
