SUMMARY:
ð Seeking a .NET Mobile App Developer (MAUI) for a business in FinTech / Software Development. Located in Johannesburg, this is a hybrid office-based role, with flexibility.

POSITION INFO:
Are you a skilled C# Developer with experience building cross-platform mobile apps using .NET MAUI? Join a fast-paced FinTech company where you’ll design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge mobile apps integrating REST APIs, collaborating closely with UI/UX Designers and back-end teams. Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or arelated field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 3 years mobile app development experience
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET MAUI / Xamarin
Solid understanding of XAML, MVVM design pattern, and data binding

Requirements:

Experience developing cross-platform iOS & Android apps
API integration experience (RESTful services)
Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable code
Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Knowledge of local data storage and offline capabilities
Experience with .Net Core concepts (Dependency Injection)
Ability to write platform-specific native code when required
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Advantageous:

Experience in financial services industry
Knowledge of commercial UI components (DevExpress and SyncFusion)
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (xUnit and NUnit)
Exposure to CI/CD automation processes

KPA’s:

Develop and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications
Integrate APIs for seamless data flow between app and back-end
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to craft intuitive, responsive interfaces
Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members
Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies
