NEW WORK IN at a top Fintech with core focus in Wealth Portfoilios and products. They are an awesome team and Fintech, pioneering new technologies and creating revolutionary products including Life Insurance, Unit Trusts, Impact Farming and Utilities Management; shaping the future of financial services. The current need is for a Senior C# Developer with a strong foundation in React and TypeScript. Land this job and you will play a key role in the build of their In-house systems; developing on several platforms including Forms, Web and Mobile; you will architect \/ design solutions and work with a phenomenal bunch of devs. They have modern and versatile system which is the pride and joy of the group; they are not bleeding edge but remain practical by using cutting edge battle-tested technologies at all times. This is what you need to land the job: You have 10+ years' experience in software development working the C# .NET Stack and strong skills in .NET Core You have 3+ years' experience as a senior software developer Familiarity with Remix. Run, Redis, and AWS is key On the front end, you are skilled in React and Typescript; Proficient in using Tailwind, HTML, and CSS for modern UI development Experience with deployment\/building servers and processes will be highly beneficial (e.g. Expo, TeamCity and Octopus). You have skills in queueing, PUB-SUB and scheduling will be a plus (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Hangfire, Quartz). By nature, you are proactive and drive results; you work well in a collaborative team Excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude Experience in running R&D sessions and conducting thorough technical research Effective communication skills to liaise with business stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts Qualifications: BSc Computer Science or Engineering equivalent OR an accredited certification (e.g. Microsoft, AWS, Google) Reference Number for this position is NF58664_2024 which is a Permanent position based in Sandton (Hybrid) offering a cost-to-company salary of R1.2m P\/A negotiable on experience and ability.
