Our client is an established IT Service Provider specializing in managed services, technology solutions and outsourced IT services for small and medium businesses.

Role focus and responsibilities: 

• Anti-Virus: Monitoring and provide support. Deployments or Migrations from third-party AV to Security Manager AV Defender (N-Able AV).
• Monitoring Agents: Responsible for keeping monitoring agents (Solarwinds N-Able) up to date and reporting in. 
• Spot Recurring incidents: Assist with root cause analysis and resolution.
• Maintain Microsoft and Third-Party updates for all clients using Solarwinds N-Able.
• Managed Services board: Prioritize Tickets, provide remote support with the ability to leverage onsite assistance if necessary. 
• Support Escalations – Be available to onsite technicians to advise on support related queries. 
• Active Issues board – Act on any services reporting as being down in function. 
• Be responsible for new client take on.
• Keeping the N-central up to date.
• Provide SQL support and maintain SQL Databases.
• Backup solutions.
• Remote site audit.
• AutoPatch Management .

The successful candidate will have: 

• 5 years NOC Operations experience
• Diploma or any relevant tertiary qualification
• Knowledge of N-Able
• Extensive knowledge of ARCserve UDP
• MS SQL and Exchange experience
