SUMMARY:
NOC engineer

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for Network monitoring in terms of KPIs/ KQIs, alarms and stability. NOC engineer will perform 1st level analysis and drill down and will raise and address troubletocket to the relevant team and stakeholder.

Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Qos measurement, as well as alarm and stability assessment.  Work will be organised in shifts.
