NAIL TECHNOLOGIES EDUCATOR

CAPE TOWN  (W-Cape) + DURBAN (KZN) & GQERBHA "PE" (EC) - South Africa (Bi-monthly travel required)

START: A.S.A.P / 01 July 2025

REPORT TO: Director 

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full Time (office based) with bi-monthly travel (every second month)

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am - 17:00pm
• Occasional after hours training offered - booked in advance with sufficient notice (time off in lieu will be granted)

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R15,000 - R20,000 GROSS Basic Salary per month (based on experience & skills)
• Company Cell Phone with Minutes & Data Loaded - for company use only
• Company Laptop -  for company use only
• All external training & traveling expenses covered by the company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Accredited qualification in Nail Technology including Manicure & Pedicure
2. Skilled and confident in all nail enhancements including Gel Overlays, Tips & Sculpting, Liquid & Powder Acrylic Overlays & Nail Art
3. Educator / Facilitator / Assessor / Moderator certified - BONUS
4. At least 3+ years in the nail industry offering Nail Technology services
5. Based in Cape Town with your own, reliable transport
6. Computer confident including MS Word, MS Excel, One Drive, MS Power Point / Academic Desk or similar & Outlook
7. Confident, clear English command (first or second language)
8. Highly presentable and professionally groomed
9. Nail Portfolio available for reference of your skills
10. Non-smoking, good health and oral hygiene

1. Meticulous and accurate
2. Accountability
3. Able to build a lasting rapport with students

NEED TO KNOW:

1. Confident in using laptop
2. Focused and able to multi task
3. Administrative confidence and ability to follow strict SOP's 
4. No outside or secondary employment is permitted (freelance or part-time)
5. You must be able to travel to other provinces (at company's expense) on a bi-monthly basis
6. Ability to continue your own career & training
