Key Responsibilities:

• Drive national franchise growth by acquiring new partners.
• Identify, target, and secure qualified franchisees.
• Lead engaging presentations and negotiations to close franchise agreements.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and partners.
• Represent the brand at key events, expos, and networking functions.
• Align with executive leadership on growth strategy and goals.
• Travel extensively across South Africa to build a strong national footprint.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate sales (franchise or luxury markets preferred).
• A strong sales track record and a passion for driving business development.
• A professional, polished image aligned with a premium brand.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and thrives in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
