What You’ll Do:
- Drive Impact: Achieve quarterly and annual fundraising targets to support and expand their life-changing programs.
- Prospect & Cultivate: Conduct in-depth donor research and turn insights into actionable cultivation and solicitation strategies.
- Craft Compelling Narratives: Write persuasive grant applications and donor reports that clearly communicate our mission and impact.
- Build Relationships: Manage and grow relationships with donors, partners, and senior stakeholders through exceptional stewardship.
- Innovate & Support: Seek in-kind donations, support events and campaigns, and contribute to their overall fundraising strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of fundraising experience in the non-profit sector.
- Relevant degree/diploma.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—confident in public speaking and presentations.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify prospects and secure funding.
- Proactive, innovative, and highly organized with strong time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
