  The Role:

  National Head of Sales and Business Development

  Required experience

  • Should have an excellent understanding of the Domestic markets. Must have relevant and essential experience in the BPO sector.
  • Should have been successful in developing and/or closing some large deals in the Telecom, BFSI and other sectors, like Retail, E-Commerce, across territories. Should have personal contacts in the target market segment.
  • Ability to acquire and manage large number of contacts.
  • Ability to work in a high pressure environment.
  • Ability to craft and sell solutions on basis of uncovered business needs.
  • Ability to open doors, by deep relationships/engagement across levels and functions.
  • General Manager / Vice President â?? Sales / Business Development
  • Excellent ability to see trends and patterns, smell opportunity based on understanding of the dynamics of business.
  • Technical Competence: Uses technical knowledge (willing to acquire in case not available) and experience, incorporating functional skills and broad based business knowledge, to meet and exceed requirements / customer 
    expectations
  Skills and Experience:
  • Graduate Degree
  • MBA is an advantage
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of total experience in Sales BD Operations.
  • Knowledge of IT and ITES sector is highly essential and critical to process delivery
  • Working knowledge of commercial issues clauses with implications.
  • Knowledge / domain expertise as well as deep understanding of drivers of success in relevant industry vertical.
