SUMMARY:
Reporting to the CEO and MD take on a National portfolio.

POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Cape Town is seeking a lively and self-motivated individual. Essential to have solid commercial experience in the FMCG/Retail sector with B2B expertise. A hands-on role requires a person who is eager to go the extra mile as projects are unpredictable. This is a senior role and the portfolio responsibility is on a large scale.

You will build solid relationships with Corporate Head Offices at an Executive level. Effective communication and negotiating skills are key to performing in this role. Key performance indicators include negotiating SLA’s, financial indicators and service delivery performance. Managing all factors that influence the relationship between the client and the company.

Build relationships with internal divisions. From warehousing, sales, workshops and innovation to deliver on promises to the client.

Tertiary qualification in Food Science essential and an MBA would be ideal.

Key skills include high EQ and IQ, coupled with the ability to deal with all levels of people. High levels of resilience required. This position is not for the faint-hearted.
