POSITION INFO:

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE -

Responsible for managing the facilitation and consistent implementation of SHE standards and strategies within the Wadeville, Germiston and Ladysmith manufacturing facilities.

INHERENT REQUIREMENTS:

Appropriate SHE qualifications and previous practical experience within an industrial engineering/manufacturing environment in both safety and operational roles, together with a thorough knowledge of statutory OHSACT/SHE requirements, standards and audit procedures (including best operating practices).

Experience in the development and implementation of safety programs and the ability to influence senior management in a multi-cultural environment regarding strategy delivery, change leadership, information sharing and performance through people.
