National Sales Manager - R62 500p/m + bens + car + laptop + cell + incentives - Permanent - JHB

POSITION INFO:

This National customized plastic solutions entity needs a Sales guru to join their company. Oversee all sales related activities & operations; train, supervise and oversee all sales personnel; Handle price negotiations; expand national footprint; identify new business opportunities & establish sales markets; stay up to date with relevant industry market trends; grow professional network; assist with planning of marketing activities; generate management reports; travel nationally to all 3 branches to increase sales in each region. Reporting directly into the MD the successful Candidate must show a strong entrepreneurial ability and boast a stable successful track record in a Senior Sales Managerial role.

General Requirements:

Completed BCOM degree
Relevant Sales qualification
5 years min experience in a Sales Management role
Strong supervisory skills
Strong IT skills
Code 08 license
Able to travel nationally as and when required

Experience in the moulded/customised plastics/structural foam or similar industries essential!
